在线分析样品处理系统技术创新发展综论
Review of the Technological Innovation and Development of On-Line Analytical Sample Processing System
【摘要】 样品处理系统技术是在线分析系统的关键技术。为探讨如何提高样品处理系统的研发设计水平,对40多家不同规模的分析仪器企业进行了调研。调研发现,构建和设计更加可靠的免维护样品处理系统是行业共性课题。采用系统学理论诠释样品处理系统,能够从技术维度深刻思考样品处理系统技术的核心本质,明确创新发展的突破方向,更好地把握样品处理系统技术的精髓。设计了以协调进化五原则为核心的焦炉煤气原位整体式干法样品处理系统。通过列举突破样品处理系统技术制高点的其他成果,对样品处理系统技术的发展趋势进行了前瞻性的探讨。多目标整体优化设计方法在分析仪器行业具有普遍的适用性。
【Abstract】 Sample processing system technology is the key technology of on-line analytical system. To explore how to improve the level of research and development of sample processing system,more than 40 different sizes of enterprises of analytical instruments have been investigated and it is found that constructing and designing more reliable maintenance-free sample processing systems is a common topic in these enterprises. It is possible to deeply think about the core essence of the sample processing system technology from the new technological dimension,to clarify the breakthrough direction of innovation and development,and to better grasp the essence of such technology. Coke oven gas in-situ monolithic dry sample processing system with the five principles of coordinated evolutionary as the core is designed. By enumerating other achievements breaking through the vantage point of this technology,the development trend of the sample processing system technology is explored. Multi-target overall optimization design method has universal applicability in industry of analytical instruments.
