基于频响函数法的固定结合部参数辨识研究

【摘要】 针对频响函数法在辨识固定结合部参数时由于实验噪声引起的不适定问题,提出对结合部模型中各参数单独分析、单独辨识的方法。利用频响函数法建立固定结合部模型,辨识模型参数时先通过遗传算法寻优得到的结合部参数作为初值,仅改变其中某一参数的大小对整体结构进行模态分析,确定该参数在每一阶模态处的灵敏度。在最灵敏的模态处辨识该参数,以此类推辨识出所有结合部参数。仿真与实验结果表明,采用该方法辨识的结合部参数所预测的整体结构的频响函数曲线与实验测试的频响函数曲线的一致性较好,结合部参数辨识结果具有较高的精度。

【Abstract】 A new method to analyze and identify each parameter of a fixed joint separately was proposed aiming at ill-posed problems caused by test noise during parametric identification of a fixed joint using the frequency response function(FRF) method. A fixed joint model was established with the FRF method. The optimal values of the fixed joint’s parameters calculated with genetic algorithm were taken as the initial ones during parametric identification of the model built. The modal analysis was conducted for the corresponding whole structure when changing one of all parameters of the fixed joint to determine the sensitivity of the changed parameter to each vibration mode of the whole structure and identify this parameter at its most sensitive vibration mode until all parameters of the fixed joint were identified. Simulation and test results indicated that the FRF curve of the corresponding whole structure predicted using the joint’s parameters identified with the proposed method agrees well with that obtained with tests,so the identified joint parameters have a higher accuracy.
