【摘要】 目的分析护理管理在控制院内感染中的措施及效果。方法选取广东省职业病防治院2015年2月-2018年1月收治的64例三氯乙烯所致药疹样皮炎患者为研究对象,按照就诊编号随机分为干预组及常规组各32例,常规组给予常规护理,干预组则在常规护理的基础上实施护理干预,比较两组患者护理期间院内感染情况及两组患者的护理工作质量。结果干预组院内感染率为6.25%,低于常规组的15.63%;干预组护理满意度为100.00%,高于常规组的81.25%,干预组护理工作考核总评分为(90.0±3.3)分,高于常规组的(74.8±7.0)分;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在开展院内感染控制的工作中,实施综合护理干预能够有效降低院内感染率,提高护理工作质量,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analysis the measures and effects of nursing management in controlling nosocomial infection. Methods 64 patients in Guangdong Institute of Occupational Disease Prevention and Control from February 2015 to January 2018 with drug eruption sample dermatitis induced by trichloroethylene were as the research objects. According to the clinic number, they were randomly divided into intervention group and conventional group with 32 cases in each group. The normal group was given routine care, while the intervention group was given nursing intervention on the basis of routine care. The nosocomial infec-tion during the nursing period and the nursing quality of the two groups were compared. Results The rate of nosocomial infection was 6.25% in the intervention group, which was lower than 15.63% in the conventional group. The nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was 100.00%, which was higher than 81.25% in the conventional group. The total assessment of the nursing work of the intervention group was(90.0 ±3.3),which was higher than(74.8±7.0) of the conventional group. The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the work of controlling nosocomial infection, the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly reduce the nosocomial infection rate, improve the quality of nursing work,which is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
