【摘要】 目的评价结肠癌围手术期实施加速康复外科护理效果。方法 2015年7月高唐县人民医院尝试开展加速康复外科护理,截至2017年8月采用加速康复外科护理对象75例,纳入观察组,主要护理内容包括术前个体化肠道准备、系统性的健康教育,术后胃肠道管理、加强疼痛干预指导、加强呼吸道管理、心理康复。同期采用常规围术期护理50例,纳入对照组。比较不良事件、肠内营养支持与下床活动情况。结果观察组消化道症状、腰背痛、睡眠障碍发生率、住院时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组24 h内下床、24 h内恢复肠内营养支持发生率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加速康复外科护理可加速患者康复,降低并发症发生风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing on the perioperative period of colon cancer. Methods In July 2015, Gaotang County People’s Hospital tried to carry out accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing, as of August 2017, 75 cases of accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing were adopted and included in the observation group, the main nursing contents include individualized preoperative bowel preparation, systematic health education,gastrointestinal postoperative management, strengthening pain intervention guidance, strengthening the management of respiratory tract and psychological rehabilitation. In the same period, 50 cases of routine perioperative nursing were adopted and included in the control group. Adverse events, enteral nutrition support and ambulation were compared. Results In the observation group, gastrointestinal symptoms,lumbago and back pain, the incidence of sleep disorder and the hospitalization time were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). Within 24 h, the ambulation and the incidence of enteral nutrition in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion Accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing can accelerate the rehabilitation of patients and reduce the risk of complications.更多还原
