植物油助剂GY-Tmax对双草醚和氰氟草酯的增效作用和安全性的影响

【摘要】 以稗草和千金子为供试杂草,以南梗9108、南京11、K两优10号为供试水稻,通过室内整株生测法研究助剂GY-Tmax对双草醚、氰氟草酯防效和对水稻安全性的影响。结果表明,添加90 mL/667 m2助剂GY-Tmax后,双草醚对34叶期稗草的ED90由3. 651 1 g a. i./667 m2降至0. 932 9 g a. i./667 m2,这表明助剂GY-Tmax明显增加了双草醚对稗草的防效;双草醚对千金子的防效较差,且助剂GY-Tmax对双草醚防除千金子无明显增效作用。添加90 mL/667 m2助剂GY-Tmax后,氰氟草酯对34叶期稗草和千金子的防效均有所提高,氰氟草酯对稗草的ED90由10. 903 5 g a. i./667 m2降至5. 231 1 g a. i./667 m2,对千金子的ED90由6. 840 0 g a. i./667 m2降至2. 873 6 g a. i./667 m2。添加90 mL/667 m2助剂GY-Tmax后,双草醚和氰氟草酯对南梗9108、南京11、K两优10号水稻的安全性与不添加助剂时相当。

【Abstract】 Whole-plant bioassays were conducted to evaluate the effects of the adjuvant GY-Tmax on the efficacy and selectivity of bispyribac-sodium and cyhalofop-butyl. Echinochloa crus-galli( L.) Beauv. and Leptochloa chinensis( L.) Nees. were used as test weedy plants along with the rice cultivars Nanjing 9108,Nanjing 11,and K Liangyou 10.The ED90 value for bispyribac-sodium in E. crus-galli at the 3 to 4 leaf growth stage decreased from 3. 65 g a. i./667 m~2 to 0. 93 g a. i./667 m~2 after adding the adjuvant GY-Tmax at a dose of 90 mL/667 m~2. Bispyribac-sodium had limited efficacy against L. chinensis that was not improved by the addition of the adjuvant. Efficacy of cyhalofop-butyl applied to both weed soecies at the same growth stage( 3-4 leaves) increased with the addition of GY-Tmax( also at 90 mL/667 m~2). Thus the ED90 value of cyhalofop-butyl against E. crus-galli decreased from 10. 90 g a. i./667 m~2 to5. 231 g a. i./667 m~2,and from 6. 84 g a. i./667 m~2 to 2. 87 g a. i./667 m~2 against L. chinensis. GY-Tmax added to either bispyribac-sodium or cyhalofop-butyl did not affect their selectivity to rice.
