油田井下封隔器密封性能影响因素研究

【摘要】 国内现场应用的各类液压封隔器大都是针对液体密封研制的,不具有密封高压气体的能力。为满足CO2驱安全注气技术需求,开展了封隔器胶筒密封原理实验研究,指出了影响封隔器密封性能的关键因素,揭示了胶筒受力与坐封距的动态变化规律,发现并阐释了封隔器胶筒在高压差注气条件下的"气爆"现象,为新型注气封隔器的设计提供了理论依据。所研制的高压气密封封隔器实现了35 MPa可靠密封,在现场推广应用。

【Abstract】 Almost all of the hydraulic packers applied in China are designed for liquid sealing. They can’t seal with high pressure gas. In this paper the experimental study of packer’s sealing performance is presented,the key factors of sealing performance discussed,the dynamic change rules between the force setting on the rubber and the packer setting distance disclosed,and the gas explosion phenomenon under the condition of high pressure difference on packer rubber revealed. The study will provide a theoretical basis for the design of new gas injecting packers. The high-pressure gas-tight packer has realized reliable 35 MPa sealing and has been put into popular use in the field.
