双螺杆压缩机多头变螺距螺杆转子数字化建模研究
Research on Digital Modeling of Multi-head Variable Pitch Screw Rotor of Twin-screw Compressor
【摘要】 针对多头变螺距螺杆转子设计过程复杂而导致加工难度高的问题,以双螺杆压缩机阴阳转子为研究对象,基于齿轮啮合原理建立由圆弧及其包络线构成的一阶连续多头转子型线。同时提出一种二阶连续的部分渐变式变螺距圆柱螺旋线,并借助拉格朗日型埃尔米特插值理论得到参数方程。通过编程得到包含转子表面三维点坐标的点云文件,应用Origin软件建立阴阳转子三维数学模型,验证编程的正确性。这一模型可以作为双螺杆压缩机多头变螺距螺杆转子设计的理论参考。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem that the multi-head variable pitch screw rotor is complicated in design process resulting in high degree of difficulty for processing, the female and male rotors of twin-screw compressor were taken as the research object to establish the first-order continuous multi-head rotor profile that was composed of circular arc and its envelope curve based on the gear meshing principle. At the same time, a second-order continuous, partial & gradual changed circular helix with variable pitch was proposed, and the parametric equation was obtained by Lagrangian Hermitian interpolation theory. A point cloud file containing 3 D point coordinates of the rotor surface was obtained by programming. The Origin software was used to establish a 3 D mathematical model of the female and male rotor to verify the correctness of the programming. This model can be used as a theoretical reference for the design of multi-head variable pitch screw rotors of twin-screw compressors.
