【摘要】 在我国山西省静乐县首次发现根蛆(Tetanops sintenisi)为害藜麦。该虫属于双翅目斑蝇科直斑蝇属,最早记载发现于荷兰,国内外均未见其为害藜麦的报道。该虫在静乐县发生量大,造成藜麦大量叶片枯黄、萎蔫,甚至整株枯死,严重影响藜麦的产量。采用线粒体细胞色素C氧化酶亚基Ⅰ基因序列鉴定确认其分类地位,介绍了该虫的形态特征、生物学特性、为害特点及发生情况等,并提出了防控建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Damage of Tetanops sintenisi(Diptera, Ulidiidae, Tetanops Fallén) on quinoa was first discovered in Jingle,Shanxi province. The earliest record of T. sintenisi was found in Netherlands, and its damage on quinoa had not been reported at home and abroad before. Heavy infestation of T. sintenisi caused death of leaves and even the whole plant of quinoa, which seriously affected quinoa yield in Jingle. Classification status of T. sintenisi was proved by method of mitochondrial cytochrome C oxidase subunit gene sequence. Characteristics of morphology, biology,occurrence and damage were reviewed, and prevention suggestions were also put forward as well.更多还原
