污泥物理调理技术的比较与选择
Comparison and Selection of Physical Conditioning Technology of Sludge
【摘要】 污泥是污水处理的副产物,具有亲水性的胶团结构,因此脱水性能差,严重影响后续的脱水与焚烧处理过程,对其进行调理提高其脱水性能是提高焚烧过程经济性的重要保证。物理调理是通过物理的方法破坏污泥中的微生物细胞,改变污泥的结构,降低污泥与水的结合作用,从而释放出部分内部水的污泥调理方法。本文对国内外污泥物理调理技术的现状和研究进展进行了综述,以期为提高污泥的脱水性能提供一定的指导。
【Abstract】 Sludge is the by-product of wastewater treatment with hydrophilic micelle structure, its dehydration performance is poor. All these seriously influenced subsequent dehydration process and incineration process. Improving the dewatering performance by conditioning is the important guarantee to improve the economy of burning process. Physical conditioning is a sludge conditioning method using physical method to destroy the sludge microbial cells, change the structure of the sludge, reduce sludge with a combination of water, thus release part of the internal water. In this paper, the present situation and research progress of domestic and foreign sludge physical conditioning technology were reviewed in order to provide some guidance for improving the dewatering performance of sludge.
