【摘要】 患者女,27岁。全身红斑鳞屑10余年,加重伴脓疱、发热10天。诊断:急性泛发性脓疱型银屑病。该例患者皮疹多样,包括红斑、大斑块、脓疱多种形态,皮疹累及全身,PSAI 42.5,BSA 58%,PGA 5,DLQI 30。治疗:阿达木单抗,第1周80mg皮下注射,第2周及以后每2周40mg皮下注射(共9次注射),全身皮疹全部消退,疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 A 27-year-old female presented with a history of erythemas and scales for more than10 years,which were aggravated with pustules and fever for 10 days. The diagnosis was acute generalized pustular psoriasis. The patient developed a variety of rashes,including erythemas,large plaques and various forms of pustules,which involved the whole body. The index and scores of psoriasis were as follows: PASI 42. 5,BSA 58%,PGA 5,and DLQI 30. Treatment methods included subcutaneous injection of adalimumab( 80 mg) in the first week and 40 mg in the second week and every two weeks thereafter( 9 times in total). Her rashes completely resolved,and adalimumab has a remarkable therapeutic effect.更多还原
