【摘要】 国内首报1例获得性双侧毛细血管扩张斑。患者男,49岁。双侧上肢、前胸、后背部多发棕红色毛细血管扩张斑进行性加重7年。皮损组织病理示:表皮角化过度,基底层色素增多,真皮浅层小血管周围少量淋巴单核样细胞浸润,小血管轻度扩张,肥大细胞未见明显增多。免疫组织化学:CD117个别细胞(+)。特殊染色:甲苯胺兰染色个别细胞(+)。诊断:获得性双侧毛细血管扩张斑。更多还原

【Abstract】 The case of acquired bilateral telangiectatic macules has been firstly reported in China in the paper.A 49-year-old male presented with an aggravated multiple telangiectatic brown-red macules over both upper limbs,prothorax and upper back for seven years.Histopathological features included epidermal hyperkeratosis,hyperpigmentation in the basal layer of the epidermis,perivascular infiltration of lymphoid and monocytoid cells in the upper dermis,and mild telangiectasia without notable increase in mast cells.Immunohistochemical staining revealed scattered CD117 + cells.Special staining revealed few cells with toluidine blue positive.Based on the findings above,the diagnosis of acquired bilateral telangiectatic macules was made.更多还原
