【Abstract】 A 29-year-old male patient presented with erythema and papules along with itching more than 2 months,and the symptoms aggravated for 3 days. He did not respond to regular antihistamines treatment, but clinical symptoms were relieved by intramuscular injection of compound betamethasone. Skin biopsy showed dermis infiltrated by masses of eosinophils and distinctive "flame figures". Then,diagnosis of eosinophilic cellulitis was made and resolved by glucocorticoid treatment.更多还原
