【摘要】 目的建立广藿香挥发油提取和包合工艺条件。方法采用L9(3)4正交设计法对挥发油的提取和包合工艺进行考察。结果香诃止泻颗粒剂广藿香挥发油提取工艺优化为:浸泡4 h,加10倍水,回流提取8 h;挥发油β-环糊精包合工艺优化为:挥发油按1∶20(V/V)比例用乙醇溶解,挥发油与β-环糊精包合的比例为1∶8,挥发油醇溶液缓慢加入8%的β-CD溶液,55℃超声包合2 h。结论优化的提取和包合工艺合理、可行、稳定可控,可为申报医疗机构制剂奠定基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish the extraction and inclusion conditions for the volatile oil of patchouli. Methods: L9( 3) 4 orthogonal design method was used to investigate the extraction and inclusion of volatile oil. Results: The optimal extraction process of the volatile oil of patchouli from Xianghe anti-diarrhea granules was as follows: soak for 4 h,add 10 times water and reflux for 8 h. The optimal inclusion process of the volatile oil of β-cyclodextrin was as follows: volatile oil at 1: 20( V/V) dissolved by ethanol,the 1: 8 of ratio of volatile oil toβ-cyclodextrin,followed by slowly adding 8% of β-cyclodextrin solution for 2 hours of inclusion at 55°C ultrasound condition. Conclusion: The optimal extraction and inclusion process is reasonable,feasible,stable and controllable,and can lay the foundation for applying pharmaceutical agents.更多还原
