【摘要】 本文在回顾国内外高等教育管理研究的基础上,阐述了加强我国高等外语教育管理改革的必要性,提出新时代我国外语教育应进行学科管理创新,创立语言服务学科;学院管理创新,创办外语产业学院;学术管理创新,创新外语跨学科研究。并对语言服务学科设置、外语产业学院管理、跨学科研究方向提出了思路和建议,以推动我国外语专业人才培养向外语产业人才培养转变。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of domestic and international review of the higher education management literature, this paper describes the necessity of intensified reform of higher foreign language education management in China. It is also proposed that in the new era, Chinese foreign language education should be renovated in its disciplinary, collegiate and academic management to establish language service discipline; language industry college, and interdisciplinary language research. The ideas and suggestions concerning the establishment of language service discipline, the management of language industry colleges and the directions of interdisciplinary studies are raised to promote the shift from training foreign language majors to foreign language industry professionals in China.更多还原
