【摘要】 目的研究与观察布地奈德-福莫特罗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者呼吸阻抗的影响。方法选取2016年10月至2018年5月医院治疗的96例慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者为研究对象,依据随机的原则分组,分为对照组(n=48)和观察组(n=48)。对照组进行常规慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期治疗,观察组则加用布地奈德-福莫特罗。比较两组的临床疗效与治疗前后的肺通气、呼吸阻抗指标。结果观察组治疗7 d后的临床疗效优于对照组(P <0.05),两组的肺通气、呼吸阻抗指标均明显改善,且观察组的肺通气指标高于对照组,呼吸阻抗指标低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论布地奈德-福莫特罗在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者中的疗效较好,且对呼吸阻抗的改善作用明显,适用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study and observe the influence of budesonide-formoterol for respiratory impedance of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 96 patients with acute exacerbation of COPD in hospital from October 2016 to May 2018 were chosen for the study, and they were divided into different groups by the principle of random, included control group(n=48) and observation group(n=48). The control group were treated with routine treatment for acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, the observation group were treated with budesonide-formoterol on the treatment. And the clinical effect, pulmonary ventilation and respiratory impedance indexes before and after the treatment of two groups were compared. Results The clinical effect of observation group at seventh day after the treatment was better than the effect of control group(P <0.05), the pulmonary ventilation and respiratory impedance indexes of two groups were obviously improved, and the pulmonary ventilation indexes of observation group were higher than those of control group, the respiratory impedance indexes were lower than those of control group(P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of budesonide-formoterol in the patients with acute exacerbation of Cchronic obstructive pulmonary disease is better, and its improvement role for the respiratory impedance is obvious, so it is suitable to the patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.更多还原
