【摘要】 目的分析人工髋关节置换术治疗高龄股骨颈骨折患者的临床疗效。方法选取2013年7月至2016年11月52例高龄股骨颈骨折患者,随机分组,观察组(n=26)给予人工髋关节置换术,对照组(n=26)实施股骨头置换术进行治疗,比较2组患者临床疗效。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后疼痛评分低于对症组,并发症发生率(7.69%)低于对照组(34.62%),组间存在明显差异(P<0.05)。结论人工髋关节置换术可发挥良好的治疗效果,可提高高龄股骨颈骨折患者临床疗效,缓解疼痛,控制并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of artificial hip replacement therapy for patients with advanced femoral neck fracture. Methods Selection in November 2013 in July 2013-52 cases of femoral neck fracture in aged patients, randomly assigned, observation group(n=26) with artificial hip replacement, the control group(n=26) implementation of the femoral head replacement treatment, compared two groups patients clinical curative effect. Results The time of operation of the observed group, the amount of blood in the operation and the discharge rate were higher than the control group(P <0.05). Postoperative pain scores were lower than those in the group, and the complication rate(7.69%) was lower than the control group(34.62%), and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).
