【摘要】 目的观察榄香烯注射液在中晚期肺癌维持治疗中的疗效。方法选取自2010年1月至2011年12月于大连市第五人民医院接受一线化疗结束后稳定或有效的晚期肺癌患者160例,采用信封法随机分为安慰剂组40例应用20%脂肪乳注射液静点,榄香烯维持治疗组40例应用20%脂肪乳联合榄香烯注射液0.4 g静点,化疗组40例应用培美曲塞联合卡铂静点,4周期后应用培美曲塞维持治疗。小分子化合物组40例应用易瑞沙250 mg或特罗凯150 mg,观察至疾病进展或患者不耐受。观察患者的客观有效率(ORR)、无进展生存时间(PFS)、生活质量(KPS评分)、中位生存时间(OS)、不良反应发生率。结果榄香烯注射液组患者无进展生存时间及生存质量均得到提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论榄香烯注射液在中晚期肺癌维持治疗中可以延长患者的无进展生存时间,提高患者生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of Elemene Injection in the maintenance treatment of advanced lung cancer. Methods A total of 160 patients with advanced lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups: placebo group(n=40), elemene group(n=40) and chemotherapy group(n=40). Small molecular compound group of 40 cases, observed to disease progression or patient intolerance. Observation:(ORR),(PFS),(KPS score),(OS), incidence of side effects. Results: the progression free survival time and quality of life of the patients in Elemene Injection group were improved, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Elemene Injection can prolong the progression free survival time and improve the quality of life of patients with advanced lung cancer.更多还原
