【摘要】 目的分析深圳市宝安区甲状腺癌发病年龄分布和流行趋势。方法利用深圳市肿瘤监测系统2001—2015年宝安区甲状腺癌的数据,分别计算粗发病率、年龄别发病率、中国人口标化率(中标率)和世界人口变化率(世标率),采用Joinpoint模型对15年间粗发病率和年龄变化趋势进行分析。结果 2001—2015年宝安区甲状腺癌累计报告1 383例,平均发病年龄36.9岁,粗发病率由2001年的0.69/10万上升至2015年的9.53/10万,中标率和世标率也分别由1.11/10万、1.42/10万上升至10.11/10万、11.87/10万。Joinpoint回归显示,15年来发病呈现上升趋势,总体中标率/世标率年平均增长26.6%/27.0%,其中女性年平均增长22.1%/21.3%;总体发病年龄呈现0~10岁快速上升、10~45岁缓慢上升和45~岁以后下降三个区间的变化趋势,与女性年龄趋势一致。结论深圳市宝安区甲状腺癌的发生水平低于全国或同类城区的水平,但增长速度可能较高,甲状腺癌防控的重点人群是女性和中青年人。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the trend and age distribution of incidence of thyroid cancer in Baoan district of Shenzhen, 2001-2015. Methods Data from Shenzhen Cancer Register were collected. The crude rates, Chinese national and world age-standardized rates of incidence of thyroid cancer were computed and Joinpoint model was employed to analyze the trend of time and the age-specific rates.Results Totally 1 383 cases were reported with average age of onset 36.9 during 2001-2015. The crude, Chinese national and world age-standardized rates of incidence increased from 0.69/105,1.11/105 and 1.42/105 in 2001 to 9.53/105, 10.11/105 and 11.87/105 in 2015. The annual percent changes(APCs) of the pooled Chinese national and world age-standardized rates of incidence were 26.6% and27.0%, and they were 22.1% and 21.3% among the females. There were 2 join points and 3 segments for the pooled age-specific incidence rates, those were 0-10, 10-45 and 45+ years old, similar to the females. Conclusion The incidence rate of thyroid cancer was lower, but the growth rate might be higher than other parts of China The females and the young and middle aged adults need more control efforts in Baoan district of Shenzhen.更多还原
