PICC护理过程发生感染的危险因素及预防措施

【摘要】 目的研究在PICC护理过程中发生感染的危险因素及预防措施。方法收集PICC患者临床信息,观察在护理过程中出现的感染情况,分析出现感染的原因,讨论如何减少PICC护理过程中发生的感染。结果发现PICC患者出现的危险因素与穿刺技术不熟练、操作中无菌技术不严格、血管内导管留置时间较长、平时导管维护不当、输入液体污染等有关。结论通过提高护理人员的穿刺技术、严格执行无菌操作等措施可以有效减少PICC危险因素的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the risk factors and preventive measures of infection in the process of PICC nursing. Methods to collect the clinical information of PICC patients, observe the infection in the nursing process, analyze the causes of infection, and discuss how to reduce the infection in the process of PICC nursing. Results it was found that the risk factors of PICC were related to the puncture technique was not skilled, the aseptic technology was not strict, the catheter indwelling time was longer, the catheter maintenance was not normal, and the input liquid contamination was related. Conclusion it is effective to reduce the risk factors of PICC by improving the puncture technique of nurses and strictly implementing aseptic operation.更多还原
