液压油抗磨性能研究

【摘要】 现今液压系统向高压高精化、小型化、长换油期方面发展,同时对液压油的抗磨特性要求进一步增加。该文使用四球机及SRV摩擦磨损试验机研究在一定载荷和温度下,考察了ZDDP和苯基硫代磷酸酯,复配二硫代磷酸盐,偏酯化合物、硼氮化合物减磨剂后对液压油的抗磨性能的影响及机理,通过油品的磨斑直径和摩擦系数变化,该研究对液压油抗磨体系的搭配,该工作对产品开发及应用研究有非常好的指导意义。

【Abstract】 Nowadays, the hydraulic system is developing towards high pressure, high refining, miniaturization and long oil exchange period.Meanwhile, the requirment for anti-wear characteristics of hydraulic oil is further increased. The effect and mechanism of wear resistance for hydraulic oilswere investigated by four ball machine and SRV at a certain load and temperature, which included the additives of ZDDP, phenyl thiophosphate ester, thiophosphatecompound, partial ester compound and boronitrogen antiwear agent. Research on the collocation of hydraulic oil antiwear system by the change of the wear scar diameter and friction coefficient, this workhas a very good guiding significance for product development and application research.
