气动电磁阀不同材料阀芯处密封环的有限元分析
Finite Element Analysis of Seal Ring on Spool with Different Materials for Pneumatic Solenoid Valve
【摘要】 该文基于电磁阀阀芯处的泄漏问题,运用ANSYS有限元方法对不同材料的阀芯密封环做了静力结构分析,分别计算了密封环常用的六种材料,并得到了它们在不同工况下的最大变形与应力曲线,为电磁阀阀芯密封环材料的选择提供了参考。
【Abstract】 Based on the leakage problem of the solenoid valve spool,ANSYS finite element method is used to analyze the static structure of the valve core seal ring of different materials,and six kinds of materials commonly used in the sealing ring are calculated respectively,The maximum deformation and stress curves of them under different working conditions are obtained,which provide a reference for the selection of the sealing material of the solenoid valve spool.
