【摘要】 目的:了解中日友好医院(以下简称"我院")中医肿瘤科中药饮片的应用情况和趋势,为临床合理用药及相关科研提供参考。方法:从医院信息系统中调取2013—2017年我院中医肿瘤科所使用中药饮片的相关数据,对中药饮片各年的使用量、销售金额、平均增长率、使用量排序居前20位的品种、销售金额排序居前20位的品种及用药频度(defined daily dose system,DDDs)、药物利用指数等指标进行回顾性统计分析。结果:2013—2017年,我院中医肿瘤科中药饮片各年的使用量、销售金额呈逐步升高趋势,年平均增长率分别为8.16%、16.56%;DDDs排序居前5位的品种相对稳定;使用量排序居前20位、销售金额排序居前20位的品种基本稳定。结论:我院中医肿瘤科中药饮片的使用基本合理,临床用药安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the application status and tendency of Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) decoction pieces in TCM oncology department from China-Japan Friendship Hospital(hereinafter referred to as "our hospital"), so as to provide reference for clinical rational drug application and related researches. METHODS: Application data of TCM decoction pieces in TCM oncology department were extracted from HIS system in our hospital during 2013-2017, and retrospective analysis was conducted on consumption amount, consumption sum, average growth rate, top 20 categories ranked by consumption amount, top 20 categories ranked by consumption sum and defined daily dose system(DDDs) and drug utilization index(DUI), etc. RESULTS: During 2013-2017, the consumption amount, consumption sum of TCM decoction pieces in TCM oncology department of our hospital showed a gradually increasing trend, with the average growth rate of 8.16% and 16.56%, respectively. The top 5 DDDs were relatively stable. The top 20 categories ranked by consumption amount and top 20 categories ranked by consumption sum were basically rational. CONCLUSIONS: The application of TCM decoction pieces in TCM oncology department of our hospital is basically reasonable, and the clinical medication is safe.更多还原
