【摘要】 目的:探讨临床药师干预前后泰安市中心医院(以下简称"该院")安宫牛黄丸应用的合理性,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:选取该院2017年第4季度(干预前)60例和2018年第1季度(干预后)60例使用安宫牛黄丸的出院患者的病历资料,对安宫牛黄丸的适应证、用法与用量、用药疗程及药品不良反应进行对比分析。结果:临床药师干预后,安宫牛黄丸的使用逐步规范,总体用药合理率由干预前的15.00%(9/60)升至干预后的71.67%(43/60),超适应证用药、超说明书用法与用量用药、超疗程用药等情况明显减少;干预后,人均应用安宫牛黄丸的金额为(1 000.00±463.16)元,明显低于干预前的(1 502.08±639.66)元,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过药学干预,可提高安宫牛黄丸临床应用的合理性,减少不合理用药支出。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To probe into the application rationality of Angongniuhuang pills in Tai’an Central Hospital( hereinafter referred to as "the hospital") before and after intervention by clinical pharmacists,so as to provide reference for the rational drug application in clinic. METHODS: 60 inpatients who used Angongniuhuang pills were randomly selected during the fourth quarter of 2017( before intervention) and the first quarter of 2018( after intervention). The indications,usage and dosage,treatment course and adverse drug reactions of Angongniuhuang pills were compared and analyzed. RESULTS: After intervention, the application of Angongniuhuang pills was gradually standardized,and the overall rational rate of medication increased from 15. 00%( 9/60) before intervention to 71. 67%( 43/60) after intervention. Over-indications,off-label usage and dosage,over-treatment course decreased significantly. After intervention,the per capita application of Angongniuhuang pills was( 1 000. 00 ± 463. 16) yuan,significantly lower than that before intervention[( 1 502. 08 ± 639. 66) yuan],the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). CONCLUSIONS: Through pharmacy intervention, the rationality of clinical application of Angongniuhuang pills can be improved,and the expenditure of irrational medication can be reduced.更多还原
