【摘要】 目的探讨Sonix GPS超声定位系统在经皮肾镜取石术(PCNL)治疗复杂肾结石的疗效及安全性。方法复杂性肾结石患者120例,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各60例。观察组在Sonix GPS超声定位系统引导下行PCNL术,对照组在传统超声引导下行PCNL术,比较两组手术相关指标和术后并发情况。结果观察组穿刺次数为、出血量少于对照组,穿刺成功时间、手术时间短于对照组,并发症发病率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 Sonix GPS超声定位系统应用于复杂肾结石的PCNL治疗,可有效缩短成功穿刺时间与手术时间,减少术中损伤及术后并发症,安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of Sonix GPS ultrasound in the treatment of complex kidney stone with percutaneous nephrolithotomy( PCNL).Methods One hundred and twenty patients with complex kidney stone were divided into observation and control groups,60 cases in each group according to the random number table method. The observation group was given the PCNL surgery under the guidance of Sonix GPS ultrasound,and the control group was given the PCNL surgery under the guidance of traditional ultrasound.The surgical related indicators and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The puncture times and the bleeding volume in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group,and the successful puncture time and the operative time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group.The incidence rate of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.All differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05).Conclusion Sonix GPS ultrasound for PCNL in the treatment of complex kidney stone can effectively shorten the successful puncture time and operative time,and reduce the intraoperative injury and the postoperative complications.It is highly safe.更多还原
