二维层状氮化二钙作为钠离子电池负极材料
Two-Dimensional Layered Dicalcium Nitride as Anode Material for Sodium Ion Batteries
【摘要】 以Ca3N2为前驱体,用高温热解法制备了2D层状结构Ca2N并用X射线和扫描电镜对Ca2N的组成、结构和形貌进行了表征。作为钠离子电池新型负极材料,在50 m A/g电流密度充放电,首次放电比容量可达584 m A·h/g,可逆比容量达180 m A·h/g。在2000 m A/g大电流密度下,仍有70 m A·h/g。
【Abstract】 Two-dimensional layered Ca2N was synthesized via a pyrolysis method with Ca3N2 precursor. The component,structure and morphology of Ca2N were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscope. As a novel anode material of sodium ion batteries,the initial discharge capacity is up to584 m A·h/g and the reversible capacity is about 180 m A·h/g at a current density of 50 m A/g. Even at a high current density of 2000 m A/g,a capacity of 70 m A·h/g can be retained.
