【摘要】 目的探讨盐酸多奈哌齐片联合常规西药改善蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)后认知功能障碍的疗效和安全性。方法将98例SAH患者随机分两组,各49例。对照组患者给予改善脑循环、降压、调脂、控制血糖等常规治疗,治疗组患者在此基础上加用盐酸多奈哌齐片,每日1次,每次5 mg。结果治疗12周后,治疗组患者的简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)评分为(25. 8±2. 300)分,日常生活自理量表(ADL)评分为(59. 1±4. 970)分,均高于对照组患者的(20. 2±2. 122)分和(52. 1±4. 224)分(P <0. 05);治疗过程中,治疗组有1例患者轻度头晕,继续服药后症状逐渐消失,对照组未出现药品不良反应。结论盐酸多奈哌齐片联合常规西药对SAH后认知功能障碍的改善作用安全、有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect and safety of Donepezil Hydrochloride Tablets combined with conventional Western medicine in the improvement of cognitive dysfunction after subarachnoid hemorrhage. Methods Totally 98 patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage were randomly divided into two groups,49 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine therapy such as improving cerebral circulation,lowering blood pressure,regulating lipid and controlling blood sugar,on this basis,the treatment group was given Donepezil Hydrochloride Tablets,once a day,5 mg/time. Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the MMSE score and ADL score of the observation group were(25. 8 ± 2. 300) points and(59. 1 ± 4. 970) points,which were significantly higher than(20. 2 ± 2. 122) points and( 52. 1 ± 4. 224) points in the control group( P < 0. 05). During the treatment,there was a case of slight dizziness in the treatment group, and the symptoms gradually disappeared after continuing to take medicine. No adverse drug reactions occurred in the control group. Conclusion Donepezil Hydrochloride Tablets combined with conventional Western medicine is safe and effective in improving cognitive dysfunction after subarachnoid hemorrhage.更多还原
