健脾汤中木香和砂仁药对的煎煮工艺优化
Optimization of Decoction Processes for Couplet Medicines of Radix Aucklandiae and Amomum Villosum in Jianpi Decoction
【摘要】 目的评价不同水煎煮工艺对健脾汤中木香和砂仁药对的影响,并优化其煎煮工艺。方法采用正交试验设计,分别以木香挥发油和砂仁挥发油的含量为考察指标,优化煎煮工艺。结果煎煮时间对健脾汤中的木香挥发油和砂仁挥发油的含量影响最大,浸泡时间次之,煎煮温度和煎煮压力的影响并不明显。健脾汤中木香挥发油的最佳煎煮条件是在正常大气压下,药材浸泡30 min,100℃沸水中煎煮20 min;砂仁挥发油的最佳煎煮条件是在正常大气压下,药材浸泡20 min,然后在100℃沸水中煎煮5 min,即在木香煎煮15 min时投入煎煮5 min。结论该法建立的健脾汤中木香和砂仁药对的煎煮工艺,虽不能确定健脾汤的最佳煎煮工艺,但也有助于健脾汤疗效的发挥,为健脾汤最佳煎煮工艺的进一步研究提供了参考。
【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of different water decoction processes on the couplet medicines of Radix Aucklandiae and Amomum villosum in Jianpi Decoction,and optimize its decoction process. Methods The decoction process was optimized by orthogonal test design with volatile oil from Radix Aucklandiae and Amomum villosum as indexes. Results The influence of decocting time on the content of volatile oil from Radix Aucklandiae and Amomum villosum was the most,the time of soaking was the second,the influence of decocting temperature and decocting pressure was not obvious. The best decoction process conditions of volatile oil from Radix Aucklandiae were as follows: under normal atmospheric pressure,the medicinal materials were soaked for 30 min,and then decocted 20 min in the boiling water at 100 ℃. The best decoction process conditions of volatile oil from Amomum villosum were as follows: under normal atmospheric pressure,the medicinal materials were soaked for 20 min,and then decocted 5 min in the boiling water at 100 ℃,that is,the Radix Aucklandiae was decocted for 15 min,and then Amomum villosum was put in and decocted together for 5 min. Conclusion This decoction process for the couplet medicines of Radix Aucklandiae and Amomum villosum in Jianpi Decoction was uncertain of the best decoction process,but it helps to improve the curative effect of Jianpi Decoction and provide reference for further research on the best decoction process of Jianpi Decoction.
