【摘要】 目的为改善患者的就医体验,测评和应用20项患者评估慢病照护量表PACIC在某医院的适用性,为医院慢性病结构化管理提供新的工具。方法对某医院符合病理诊断标准的533名慢性病患者进行PACIC量表和一般人口学特征的问卷调查。结果 PACIC量表总体量表的信度α系数0.578,信度效度>0.6,通过信效度检验。量表总分为4.14分,评价结果为"很满意"。目标设定环节极差较大,均分3.83分,实践设计环节对整体评分贡献率最高。结论 PACIC量表符合国情,适用于非社区医疗机构医院的慢病管理评价;PACIC量表信效度检验合格,且能够较好反映医院慢病管理的真实水平,应发挥PACIC量表设计主体和组合量表的多元化特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate and apply 20 items in PACIC for chronic management of the hospital to provide new tool for hospital chronic disease structuring management. Methods The PACIC scale and general characteristics of 533 chronic disease patients who met the diagnostic criteria of the hospital were investigated. Results The overall scale of the PACIC scale was 0.578,and the validity was over 0.6. The total score of the scale was 4.14. The result of the evaluation was"quite satisfied". There was great significance in goal setting link,and the average score was 3.83. Practice design link contributed the most for the total score. Conclusion The PACIC scale is suitable for the management evaluation of chronic disease in hospital and can better reflect the real level of hospital chronic disease management. The diversified characteristics of the design subject and the combination scale of the PACIC scale should be fully played.更多还原
