【摘要】 为引导市属医院看大病、解难症,加快推进医联体建设和分级诊疗制度落地,深圳市公立医院管理中心借助HQMS数据库资源基于《三级医院医疗服务能力标准(综合医院)》建立一套以疑难重症诊治、关键医疗技术、品牌学科例数最多前10种手术与操作、疾病4个维度的品牌学科动态监测模型,以华南区域前五名医院和全国前五名医院为标杆在医疗服务能力、资源消耗、服务效率方面进行横向比较和自身纵向比较,有助于市属医院清楚了解品牌学科医疗服务能力在华南乃至全国的态势和市属医院自身发展不足与潜力。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to guide municipal hospitals to see the major diseases and solve the difficulties,and to speed up the construction of medical alliance and the establishment of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system,Public Hospital Administration of Shenzhen Municipality established a dynamic monitoring model of brand subject in four dimensions:critical diagnosis and treatment,key medical technology,brand subject with top 10 cases of operation and disease based on the"Standards of Medical Service Ability of Third-level Hospitals(General Hospitals)"with the help of HQMS database resources. Taking the top five hospitals in south China and the top five hospitals in China as the benchmark,the horizontal comparison and vertical comparison of medical service ability,resource consumption and service efficiency were made. It is helpful for municipal hospitals to know clearly the situation of the medical service ability of brand subject in south China and even the whole country,and the insufficient development and potential of municipal hospital itself.更多还原
