【Abstract】 The highest level of competition among hospitals is no longer the competition for capital,technology,talents or strategy,but culture. The practice and experience of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine was been combed and summarized. Six aspects of building the value system were elaborated and analyzed to grip the core of hospital culture,to emphasize the rule-making to solidify the foundation of hospital culture,to fulfill the humanism to seize the mainline of hospital culture,to keep innovation and development to manifest the effect of hospital culture,to attach importance to leader role to hold the key of hospital culture,and to cultivate department culture to promote the level of hospital culture.更多还原
