基于“理事会制”的县级医院医疗服务能力建设探索
Research on Improving the Capacity of Medical Service in County-level Hospital Under the Council Institution
【摘要】 介绍北京大学第一医院以"全面合作、委托管理、理事会领导下的院长负责制"管理模式对北京市密云区医院围绕"学科能力建设""管理体系建设"两个维度开展对口支援工作,提升了北京市密云区医院医疗服务水平及医疗管理水平,并就下一阶段工作提出相关建议。
【Abstract】 The article introduces the management model of "comprehensive cooperation, entrust management, and the hospital president guarantee system under council institution system" partner assistance of Miyun County Hospital in two are,including discipline ability construction and management system construction,and provides related suggestions for next phase.
