【摘要】 目的从双因素理论的视角,以疗效为中介变量研究医生工作环境对病人满意度的影响。方法通过对250名基层中医院医生的问卷调查和访谈,证明了医生感知"中医药服务疗效"在工作环境和医生感知病人满意之间的中介作用。结果中介效应占两者之间总效应的21.1%,而医生感知"工作环境"满意度和感知"中医药服务疗效"满意度均较低。结论工作环境通过疗效对病人满意度产生影响,要提高基层中医药服务的疗效,提高病人满意度,可通过提高医生的工作环境满意度实现。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Based on the "two-factor theory",to study the influence of the working environment on patient satisfaction with the curative effect as the mediation variable. Methods Through the questionnaire and interview of250 doctors in the grass-roots level hospitals,proving the mediating effect of doctors’ perception of "curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine" in working environment and doctor’s perception of patient satisfaction. Results The mediating effect accounted for 21.1% of the total effect of the two,while the satisfaction of doctors’ perception of "working environment" and perceived "curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine" were low. Conclusion The working environment influences patient satisfaction through the curative effect. The improvement of doctors’ work environment satisfaction could improve the curative effect of Chinese medicine services as well as the patient satisfaction at the grass-roots level.更多还原
