【摘要】 为了探讨冠心病患者冠状动脉评分变化和他汀类药物的依从性及血脂达标率的关系,对冠状动脉评分降低的冠心病患者208例和评分未下降的冠心病患者192例进行研究,比较他汀类药物的依从性和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇达标率。结果显示:冠状动脉评分降低组患者他汀类药物的依从性好占57.7%,评分未降低组患者他汀类药物的依从性好占42.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);冠状动脉评分降低组患者低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的达标率占61.5%,评分未降低组患者低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的达标率占45.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。因此,冠状动脉评分降低的冠心病患者他汀类药物依从性高且低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的达标率高。更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the changes of coronary artery scores in coronary heart disease(CHD)patients and statins compliance and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)control rate.The authors adopted Retrospective Analysis to analyse 400 patients with CHD.They were divided into coronary artery scores decreased group(208 cases)and coronary artery scores non-decreased group(192 cases).The authors compared the compliance of statin drugs and the LDL-C control rate in the two groups of patients.In the group of coronary artery scores decreased,their good statins compliance reached 57.7%,compared with 42.2% in the group of coronary artery scores non-decreased(P<0.05).The LDL-C control rate was61.5%in the group of coronary artery scores decreased,compared with 45.3%in the group of coronary artery scores nondecreased(P<0.05)Therefore,patients with lower coronary artery scores had better statins compliance and higher LDL-C control rate.更多还原
