IMP3基因的相关研究进展
The progress of relative research about IMP3 gene Research on the IMP3 gene
【摘要】 胰岛素样生长因子ⅡmRNA结合蛋白3(IMP3)基因即胰岛素样生长因子信使核糖核酸(mRNA)结合蛋白,表达于胚胎组织和恶性肿瘤组织,在成人组织中几乎不表达。IMP家族成员包括IMP1、IMP2及IMP3,在结合、运输及稳定胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅱ(IGF-Ⅱ)起着非常重要的作用。在胚胎形成的早期,IMP家族成员在RNA的转录、稳定细胞的生长、DNA的复制、转录、细胞的移行等方面起了非常重要的作用。IMP3基因过度表达于恶性肿瘤的组织中,但在癌组织的周边良性组织中却没有发现。因此,IPM3基因很可能会作为一种新的肿瘤标志物而引起关注,故此重点阐述IMP3基因在骨肉瘤、胰腺癌、肾细胞癌、子宫内膜癌及宫颈腺癌等肿瘤中的表达。
【Abstract】 The insulin-like growth factor-Ⅱ m RNA-binding protein 3(IMP3) gene, that means insulin-like growth factor messenger ribonucleic acid(m RNA) binding protein, is expressed in embryonic tissue and malignant tumor tissue, and it is almost not expressed in adult tissue. The members of IMP family include IMP1, IMP2 and IMP3, and they play a very important role in combining, transporting and stabilizing insulin-like growth factor(IGF-II). At the early stage of embryogenesis, the members of IMP family also play a very important role at many aspects included RNA transcription, the growth of stability cell, DNA replication, DNA transcription and cell migration. The IMP3 gene is over-expressed in the tissues of malignant tumors, while it is not found in the peripheral benign tissue of the tumor tissue. Therefore, the IPM3 gene likely attract attention as a new tumor marker. This paper will focus on the expression of IMP3 gene in tumors such as osteosarcoma, pancreatic cancer, renal cell carcinoma, endometrium carcinoma and cervical adenocarcinoma.
