【摘要】 目的通过Meta分析以确定fibulin-3对MPM的诊断价值。方法检索中国知网、万方数据库、Medline、中国生物医学文献数据库、Pub Med、The Cochrane Library和EMbase等数据库中fibulin-3对MPM诊断价值的相关研究,由两名研究者按纳入与排除标准筛选文献、提取资料并评价文献质量,采用Meta Disc 1.4软件进行Meta分析。结果共有21项研究纳入本次Meta分析,fibulin-3诊断MPM研究的合并敏感度为70%(95%CI:67%~72%),特异性为82%(95%CI:80%~84%),阳性似然比为5.09(95%CI:3.56~7.27),阴性似然比为0.27(95%CI:0.20~0.36),诊断比数比为27.28(95%CI:14.15~52.60)。拟合SROC曲线,得到SROC曲线下面积分别为0.9186及0.9164,Q*指数为0.8518。结论 fibulin-3对MPM的诊断具有较高程度的敏感度及特异性,可与其他指标联合检测作为临床诊断MPM的辅助方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To use Meta analysis to determine the diagnostic value of fibulin-3 for MPM. Methods We searched the database of China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wan Fang Data,Medline、China Biology Medicine disc,Pub Med,the Cochrane Library and EMbase to collect studies about the diagnostic value of fibulin-3 for MPM. Two reviewers screened literature according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,extracted data,and assessed the quality of included studies. Meta Di Sc 1. 4 were used to conduct the Meta-analysis. Results There are twenty-one studies included the Meta analysis.
