【摘要】 目的:了解乳腺癌多发骨转移患者接受放射性核素⁸⁹Sr、唑来膦酸联合治疗方案对病情的改善作用以及安全性。方法:选本院2014年至2018年收治乳腺癌多发骨转移患者为分析对象,从中选取60例,数字编序并随机进行分组,每组20例,分别为A组(单纯放射性核素⁸⁹Sr治疗)、B组（单纯唑来膦酸治疗）、C组(放射性核素⁸⁹Sr联合唑来膦酸双向治疗)。对患者资料对比分析后归纳双向联合治疗方案对于乳腺癌多发骨转移患者的临床价值。结果:在骨痛控制方面,C组患者有效率显著优于A组、B组,组间数据差异存在统计学意义（P<0.05）;在病灶控制方面,C组患者有效率显著优于A组、B组,组间数据差异存在统计学意义（P<0.05）;各组患者均无出现严重不良反应,不适症状在对症处理后消失,发生率无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论:为乳腺癌多发骨转移患者采取放射性核素89Sr联合唑来膦酸方案进行干预无论在缓解骨痛、控制病灶方面均有突出价值,且联合方案不会提高不良反应发生率,对疗程的进行无负面影响,值得推广。更多还原
