【摘要】 目的:比较心脏彩超与心电图检查在高血压性心脏病诊断中的应用价值。方法:选择我院收治的79例高血压性心脏病患者作为研究对象,所有患者入院后均行心脏彩超及心电图检查,观察两种检查方法对高血压性心脏病的诊断情况。结果:心脏彩超检查对左室肥厚、左室增大、左房增大以及主动脉弹性减退的检出率分别是72.2%、31.6%、43.0%、24.1%,均明显高于心电图检查的检出率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心脏彩超检查能够提高高血压性心脏病患者心脏异常改变的检出率,在高血压性心脏病诊断中具有重要的应用价值,可在临床实践中推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the application value of cardiac color Doppler and electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease. Methods 79 cases of hypertensive heart disease in our hospital were selected as the research subjects. All patients were examined by echocardiography and electrocardiogram after admission, and the diagnosis of two kinds of examination methods for hypertensive heart disease was observed. Results The detection rate of left ventricular hypertrophy, left ventricular enlargement, left atrial enlargement and hypoelasticity of the aorta were 72.2%, 31.6%, 43%and 24.1%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those of ECG examination, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Color Doppler echocardiography can improve the detection rate of cardiac abnormalities in patients with hypertensive heart disease, and has important application value in the diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease.It can be popularized in clinical practice.更多还原
