【摘要】 目的:分析、探讨CT平扫在急性阑尾炎诊断中的价值。方法:回顾性分析56例临床疑似急性阑尾炎的CT平扫征象,并将诊断结果与手术病理及临床随访结果对照。结果:CT诊断急性阑尾炎42例,真阳性病例39例,真阴性病例13例,假阳性病例3例,假阴性病例1例。其诊断急性阑尾炎的灵敏度为97.5%,特异度为81.25%。结论:CT平扫在急性阑尾炎的诊断中提供了可靠、有力的诊断依据,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Analysis to investigate the value of CT scan in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis.Methods 56 patients clinically suspected acute appendicitis were retrospectively analyzed the CT scan of signs, diagnosis and the result was compared with surgical pathology and clinical follow-up results.Results CT in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis in 42,true positive cases, 39 cases, 13 cases of true negative cases, a false positive cases in 3 cases, 1 case of false negative cases.The sensitivity of the diagnosis of acute appendicitis was 97.5%, 81.25%.Conclusion CT scan in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis provides reliable and powerful diagnostic basis,worth clinical promotion.更多还原
