不典型颅脑损伤患者22例CT表现分析
Analysis of CT findings in 22 cases of atypical traumatic brain injury
【摘要】 目的:研究分析不典型颅脑损伤患者的CT表现。方法:取材于近两年(2015—2017年)来我院治疗不典型颅脑损伤的患者,数量为22例,查阅选取患者在我院的治疗资料,统计其中不典型颅脑损伤的类型、CT表现以及诊断结果。结果:CT表现分析结果显示不典型颅脑损伤的主要类型为少量硬膜下血肿、硬膜下积液以及颅骨线样骨折等,CT检查结果显示其中3例患者为颅骨线样骨折,所占比例为13.64%,7例患者为少量硬膜下血肿,所占比例为31.82%,4例患者为硬膜外血肿,所占比例为18.18%,脑挫伤患者数量为2例,所占比例为9.09%,3例患者为脑水肿,所占比例为13.64%,3例患者为硬膜下积液,所占比例为13.64%,本次检测中7例患者经过多次检查后方确诊,1例患者在首次诊断中被漏诊,再次接受CT检查被确诊,存在2例患者使用MRI进行检查并被确诊。结论:CT检查应用到不典型颅脑损伤患者的诊断中存在一定的局限性,部分患者需要进行多次诊断或者使用MRI进行检查方能确诊,在CT检查中应当结合患者的临床资料,医师也要熟练掌握专业知识,才能提高CT检查的准确性。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the CT findings of atypical traumatic brain injury. Methods Based on the data of 22 cases of atypical traumatic brain injury treated in our hospital in recent two years(2015 ~ 2017), the treatment data of selected patients in our hospital were reviewed, the types of atypical traumatic brain injury were statistically analyzed, CT findings and diagnosis.Results: CT findings showed that the main types of atypical craniocerebral injury were minor subdural hematoma, subdural effusion,and skull-like fractures. The CT findings showed that 3 of the cases were craniofacial fractures, accounting for The proportion was 13.64%, 7 cases were a small amount of subdural hematoma, accounting for 31.82%, 4 cases of epidural hematoma, the proportion of 18.18%, the number of brain contusion in 2 cases, the proportion was 9.09%, 3 cases of brain edema, accounting for 13.64%,3 cases of subdural effusion, the proportion was 13.64%, 7 cases of this test after multiple tests confirmed the rear, 1 case The patient was missed on the first diagnosis, another CT was confirmed, and two patients were examined using MRI and diagnosed.Conclusion: There are some limitations in the diagnosis of patients with atypical traumatic brain injury. Some patients need multiple diagnoses or can be diagnosed by MRI. CT should be combined with the clinical data of the patients and the physicians To master the professional knowledge, can improve the accuracy of CT examination.
