【摘要】 中风病的发病率日趋上升,如何降低其病死率、致残率和提高治愈率是目前医学界的研究热点。笔者认为中风病之发病与元气亏虚、痰瘀、风火五者密切相关,其中"元气亏虚"为发病之本,"痰瘀互患"为发病关键,"风火上炎"为最终病理阶段。根据"治病必求其本"的原则,治法当以"补益元气,活血化痰"为主,可兼泻火熄风。更多还原

【Abstract】 The incidence of stroke disease is increasing day by day.How to reduce the mortality rate,disability rate and cure rate is a hot research topic in the medical field.The author believes that the incidence of stroke disease is closely related to the deficiency of vitality,phlegm and the five winds and fires,’deficiency of Yuan Qi’ was the root of the disease,’phlegm and blood stasis’ was the key to the disease,’inflammation of wind and fire’ was the final pathological stage.According to the principle of ’seeking for the essence of disease treatment’,the treatment method should be ’replenishing vital energy,activating blood and resolving phlegm’,which can also reduce fire and quell wind.更多还原
