【摘要】 对2017年1月日喀则市疾病预防控制中心接到仲巴县1例疑似狂犬病病例电话报告。随后疾控中心工作人员赶赴现场进行流行病学调查和犬只密度调查,发现该病例在9个月前曾被流浪犬咬伤右手臂,未接受规范处置;伤人犬当天还咬伤了另一村民左手臂,该村民也未接受规范处置,并于被咬伤4月后死亡;仲巴县平均每1.9户养有1只犬,每8人养有1只犬。应加强仲巴县的犬只管理,加强狂犬病防治知识宣传,规范狂犬病暴露后处置,以预防和控制狂犬病。更多还原

【Abstract】 A telephone report of a suspected rabies case was received by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Shigatse city in January 2017.Subsequently,staff of Center for Disease Control and Prevention rushed to the scene to conduct epidemiological investigations and dog density investigations.It was found that the case had been bitten by a stray dog in the right arm nine months ago, without being dealt with by the standard.The dog also bitten another villager’s left arm on the same day,and the villager did not accept the standard treatment,and died after being bitten for four months;Zhongba County had an average of one dog for every 1.9 households and one dog for every eight people.In order to prevent and control rabies,we should strengthen the management of dogs in Zhongba County,promote the knowledge of rabies prevention and control,and standardize the disposal of rabies after exposure.更多还原
