【摘要】 目的探讨早期乳腺癌患者血清中血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)的表达水平与患者前哨淋巴结转移及临床病理学特征的相关性。方法收集我科自2016年9月~2017年6月确诊的146例早期乳腺癌患者,术前清晨均留取外周静脉血送检验科,采用ELISA法测定血清VEGF-C水平,分析VEGF-C表达水平与前哨淋巴结转移状态及临床病理参数(月经状态、淋巴结转移、肿瘤大小、血管内皮生长因子受体-EGFR)的关系。结果早期乳腺癌患者VEGF-C的分布水平在前哨淋巴结类别上不同,前哨淋巴结有转移组高于前哨淋巴结无转移组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在淋巴结转移类别上不同,淋巴结有转移组高于淋巴结无转移组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在肿瘤大小类别上,肿瘤大小介于2~5 cm组高于肿瘤<2 cm组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在月经状态和EGFR表达类别上相同,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论早期乳腺癌患者血清VEGF-C水平与前哨淋巴结转移及腋窝淋巴结状态呈正相关,血清VEGF-C的水平可以被认为是早期乳腺癌患者前哨淋巴结状态的预测生物标志物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor-C(VEGF-C)and sentinel lymph node metastasis and clinicopathological characteristics in patients with early breast cancer. Methods A total of 146 patients with early breast cancer diagnosed from September 2016 to June 2017 in our department were collected and their peripheral venous blood was collected in the early morning before operation.Serum VEGF-C was measured by ELISA method.To analyze the relationship between VEGF-C expression and sentinel lymph node metastasis and clinicopathologic parameters(menstrual status,lymph node metastasis,tumor size,vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-EGFR).Results The distribution of VEGF-C in early breast cancer patients was different in the sentinel lymph node category.The metastasis of sentinel lymph node was higher than that in sentinel lymph node without metastasis,the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05).In the different types of lymph node metastasis,lymph node metastasis group was higher than lymph node metastasis group,the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05).In the category of tumor size,tumor size between 2~5 cm were higher than that of tumor <2 cm group,the difference was statistically significant( P<0.05).In the menstrual status and the expression of EGFR in the same category,there was no statistically significant difference( P>0.05).Conclusion Early breast cancer patients serum VEGF-C level was positively correlated with sentinel node status lymph node metastasis and lymph,the level of serum VEGF-C can be considered as predictive biomarkers of lymph node status in patients with early breast cancer sentinel.更多还原
