【摘要】 目的了解复合磷酸氢钾注射液不合理使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法回顾性分析某三甲医院2016年全年所有使用复合磷酸氢钾注射液的住院患者病历,了解复合磷酸氢钾注射液不合理使用情况。结果 60例中,主要为溶媒量不足47例(78.30%),主要集中在泌尿外科;其次为无适应证用药18例(30.00%),主要集中胃肠外科,肝胆科。结论复合磷酸氢钾注射液不合理用药现象比较严重,亟待加强培训及管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the irrational use of composite potassium hydrogen phosphate injection,to provide reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods A retrospective analysis of all the use of composite potassium hydrogen phosphate injection in a hospital in 2016 the year of the medical records of hospitalized patients,to understand composite potassium hydrogen phosphate injection does not make a rational use of the situation. Results In 60 cases,mainly for the solvent quantity less than 47 cases(78.30%),mainly concentrated in the department of urology;second to none indications of medication in 18 cases(30.00%),the main concentration of gastrointestinal surgery,hepatobiliary.Conclusion The irrational use of composite potassium hydrogen phosphate injection is more serious,and need to strengthen training and management.更多还原
