【摘要】 目的了解泰安市居民恶性肿瘤死亡谱及恶性肿瘤所造成的寿命损失,为泰安市肿瘤防控工作提供参考。方法运用Excel、SPSS软件对2010～2013年泰安市居民死亡数据库资料进行整理和分析,计算恶性肿瘤死因的死亡率、死因顺位和潜在寿命损失年(Potential Years of Life Lost,PYLL)等指标。结果泰安市居民2010～2013年恶性肿瘤死亡人数为39 952人,占死因构成的27.60%,死亡率为186.67/10万,其中男性26 717人,死亡率为244.22/10万;女性13 235人,死亡率为125.13/10万。男性恶性肿瘤死因顺位前5位依次为:肺癌(27.85%)、食道癌(21.42%)、胃癌(16.89%)、肝癌(16.09%)、肠癌(3.62%);女性依次为:肺癌(23.84%)、食道癌(17.29%)、胃癌(14.88%)、肝癌(11.22%)、乳腺癌(5.98%)。恶性肿瘤死亡APYLL为765 922.55人年,平均潜在寿命损失年(Average Potential Years of Life Loss,APYLL)APYLL为19.52年。其中男性PYLL为463 225.30人年,APYLL为18.43年;女性PYLL为302 697.26人年,APYLL为21.36年。结论对泰安市居民恶性肿瘤寿命损失影响较大的是肺癌、食道癌、胃癌和肝癌;男性恶性肿瘤PYLL高于女性,但APYLL低于女性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand death spectrum and potential years of life loss(PYLL) caused by malignant tumor among residents of Tai’an city during 2010-2013,so as to provide the reference for tumor prevention and control in Tai’an city. Methods Data from Tai’an residents death database during 2010-2013 was analyzed to calculate the mortality,death cause order,and PYLL of malignant tumor by Excel and SPSS. Results A total of 39 952 deaths were caused by malignant tumor during 2010-2013 in Tai’an city,of which 26 717 were males and 13 235 were females,accounting for 27.60% of the total death.The mortality was 186.67/10~5,244.22/10~5 for male and 125.12/10~5 for female.The top 5 death causes of malignant tumor were lung cancer(27.85%),esophageal cancer(21.42%),gastric cancer(16.89%),liver cancer(16.09%),colorectal cancer(3.62%) for male,and lung cancer(23.84%),esophageal cancer(17.29%),gastric cancer(14.88%),liver cancer(11.22%),breast cancer(5.98%) for female.PYLL for malignant tumor was 765 922.55 person years,and the average potential years of life loss(APYLL) was 19.52 years,of which PYLL was 463 225.30 person years and APYLL was 18.43 years for males,and 302 697.26 person years and 21.36 years for females.
