灵芝黄芪口服液的抗辐射功能研究

【摘要】 目的研究灵芝黄芪口服液的抗辐射功能,为其应用提供相应的指导。方法共选取SPF级ICR雌性小鼠180只,分为3组。以3.3、6.7、20.0ml/kg·bw的灵芝黄芪口服液连续灌胃小鼠30d后,第Ⅰ组以4Gy剂量的60 Co-γ射线照射1次,3d后测定骨髓细胞DNA含量;第Ⅱ组以7Gy剂量的60 Co-γ射线照射1次,7d后测定血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性;第Ⅲ组以2Gy剂量的60 Co-γ射线照射1次,7d后检测血清溶血素水平。结果灵芝多糖口服液能增加小鼠骨髓细胞DNA含量、提高血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结论灵芝多糖口服液具有抗辐射损伤的作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the radioprotective effect of Ganoderma lucidum and Astragalus syrupus,so as to provide guidance for its application. Methods A total of 180 female ICR mice of SPF level were selected and divided into 3groups.Mice in the 3groups were fed Ganoderma lucidum and Astragalus syrupus for 30 days with 3.3ml/kg·bw,6.7ml/kg·bw,20.0ml/kg·bw respectively.Then in group I,mice were irradiated once with 60 Co-renewal rays of 4Gy,and the content of DNA in bone marrow cells was determined 3days later;Mice in group II were irradiated once with 60 Co-renewal rays of 7Gy,and the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) in serum was determined 7days later;in group III,mice were irradiated once with 60 Co-renewal rays of 2Gy,and serum hemolysin levels were measured 7days later. Results Ganoderma lucidum and Astragalus syrupuscan increased the content of DNA in bone marrow cells as well as the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) in serum. Conclusion Ganoderma lucidum and Astragalus syrupus has significant anti-radiation effect.
