2016、2017年神木市医院职工体检资料分析
Analysis on physical examination data of employees from a hospital,Shenmu city,2016 and 2017
【摘要】 目的了解神木市医院2016、2017年职工健康体检结果,为开展医院职工保健工作提供依据。方法收集2016、2017年职工体检资料的患病率和阳性检出率进行统计学分析,了解其年度变化趋势、男女及各年龄段疾病的分布情况。结果 2016、2017年共体检2 331人,检出的前10位疾病/症状分别是:维生素D含量降低754例(68.05%)、双侧乳腺增生341例(41.08%)、宫颈液基细胞呈轻度炎症反应性细胞改变304例(36.63%)、脂肪肝431例(18.49%)、总胆固醇增高383例(16.43%)、超重517例(22.18%)、血红蛋白降低278(11.93%)、甘油三酯增高293例(12.57%)、前列腺肥大59(12.55%)、尿酸增高228例(9.78%)。维生素D降低在30岁以上女性和40岁以上男性占比第1位。男性的脂肪肝、超重、总胆固醇增高、甘油三酯增高、尿酸增高的患病/检出情况均高于女性(P <0.05)。女性的血红蛋白降低患者均高于男性(P <0.01)。结论神木市医院职工阳性检出人数及疾病检出率较高,慢性代谢性疾病异常检出率男性高于女性,各年龄段检出异常率有明显差异。
【Abstract】 Objective To understand the health physical examination results of employees in a Shenmu hospital during2016-2017,so as to provide the basis for developing the health care work of hospital staff. Methods Statistical analysis was made on the prevalence and positive detection rates of employees’ physical examination data during 2016-2017,in order to understand annual trends,the distribution of diseases among genders and different age groups. Results A total of2 331 people were examined during 2016-2017.The top 10 diseases/symptoms detected were:vitamin D reduction(754 cases,68.05%),bilateral breast hyperplasia(341 cases,41.08%),the cervical fluid-cells showed mild inflammatory reactive cell changes(304 cases,36.63%),fatty liver(431 cases,18.49%),total cholesterol increase(383 cases,16.43%),overweight(517 cases,22.18%),hemoglobin decrease(278 cases,11.93%),triglycerides increase(293 cases,12.57%),prostate hypertrophy(59 cases,12.55%),and uric acid increase(228 cases,9.78%).The most prevalent disease/symptoms was the reduction of vitamin D in women over 30 and men over 40.The prevalence of fatty liver,overweight,total cholesterol increase,triglyceride increase and uric acid increase in men was higher than that in women(P <0.05).Women had higher hemoglobin reduction rates than men(P <0.01). Conclusion The number of positive detection and disease detection rate are high in a hospital in Shenmu city.The abnormal detection rate of chronic metabolic diseases is higher in men than that in women.There are significant differences in the abnormal detection rates among different age groups.
