【摘要】 目的了解寻甸县高血压患者随访转诊、医院就诊及疾病经济负担情况,为相关政府部门制订相关政策提供基础依据。方法 2016年3～5月采用二阶段整群随机抽样方法选取寻甸县≥35岁的高血压患者541例,进行问卷调查获取相关资料。结果541例中男性206例(38.08%),女性335例(61.92%);年龄36～91岁,60～岁者最多,458例(84.66%)。过去1年,随访医生建议转诊率为25.32%,实际转诊率为16.08%,依从率为63.50%;201例医院就诊,就诊率为37.15%,其中门诊率为14.79%,住院率为22.37%;就诊患者的平均直接疾病经济负担为5 859.44元,其中门诊费为816.20元,住院费为7 784.53元。结论寻甸县高血压患者患者转诊依从率较低,就诊率不高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the situation of follow-up referral,hospital visits and economic burden of hypertension patients in Xundian county,so as to provide the basis for relevant government departments to formulate relevant policies. Methods Two stage cluster random sampling method was used to select 541 hypertension patients aged≥35 years old to conduct a questionnaire survey to obtain relevant information during March-May,2016. Results There were 206 men(38.08%)and 335 women(61.92%)were surveyed,the age were 36-91 years old,patients concentrated in the age group of 60 and above(458 cases,84.66%).In the past year,the referral rate recommended by the follow-up doctors was25.32%,the actual referral rate was 16.08%,and the compliance rate was 63.50%;201 patients visited doctors in hospitals,with the visiting rate of 37.15%,among them the outpatient rate was 14.79%,and the hospitalization rate was22.37%;the average direct disease economic burden of 201 patients was 5 859.44 yuan,the outpatient service fee was816.20 yuan and the hospitalization fee was 7 784.53 yuan. Conclusion The compliance rate of referral and the visiting rate are not high among the hypertension patients in Xundian couny.更多还原
