金湖县疟疾快速诊断技术规范使用试点项目分析

【摘要】 目的了解疟疾快速诊断(RDT)技术规范使用试点项目在金湖县的实施情况,为探讨适合现场和基层卫生单位的疟疾快速诊断方法提供科学依据。方法收集疟疾快速诊断(RDT)技术相关资料及项目实施1年来的疟疾快速诊断(RDT)检测登记表、血检登记表及防治资料进行统计分析。结果 RDT技术综合性能优于镜检疟原虫技术;两种方法结果一致,符合率为100.00%,无误诊及漏诊病例;18名检测人员均优先选择RDT技术检测,选择率为100.00%。结论RDT方法比较适合现场和基层卫生单位应用。

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the implementation of pilot project ofmalaria rapid diagnosis(RDT)technical specification using pilot in Jinhu county,so as to provide scientific basis for exploring malaria rapid diagnostic methods suitable for field and grass-roots health units. Methods Data were collected on malaria rapid diagnostic methods(RDT)technology related data and project implementation of malaria rapid diagnosis(RDT)registration forms after 1 year,test registration forms and prevention and control for statistical analysis. Results The comprehensive performance of RDT technology was better than that of the microscopy of plasmodium;The two methods were consistent in results,the coincidence rate was 100.00%,with no cases of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.18 inspectors preferred RDT detection technology,the choosingrate was 100.00%. Conclusion The RDT method is suitable for the application for field and grass-roots health units.
