【摘要】 目的了解宜昌市城区杨岔路社区老年2型糖尿病(Type 2diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者使用胰岛素治疗的用药依从性现状,探寻用药依从性存在的问题及影响因素,并提出建议。方法 2017年3月在城区基本公共卫生服务项目信息系统上采取单纯随机抽样方法抽取在管糖尿病患者,且为胰岛素治疗的T2DM患者100例为研究对象,进行调查问卷,并通过Excel和SPSS 19.0进行数据统计分析。结果调查的100例使用胰岛素治疗的老年T2DM患者用药依从性为45.74%,年龄、文化水平、月收入情况、糖尿病相关知识知晓情况、对药物心理性抵抗、药物不良反应、家庭社会支持情况差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),性别、糖尿病病程比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论使用胰岛素治疗的老年T2DM患者用药依从性相对较低,年龄、文化程度、对糖尿病认知度、心理因素、家庭社会支持度、药物不良反应、经济条件等均为胰岛素治疗依从性低的影响因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the status of medication compliance among the elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2 DM)in the community of Yangchalu in the urban area of Yichang city,and explore the problems and influencing factors of themedication compliance,and put forward suggestions. Methods In the basic public health service information system,100 cases of T2 DM patients with insulin treatment were collected by simple random sampling,to conduct a questionnaire survey,and use Excel and SPSS 19.0 for data statistical analysis. Results The compliance of 100 elderly T2 DM patients treated with insulin was 45.74%.Age,education level,monthly income,awareness of diabetes related knowledge,psychological resistance to drugs,adverse drug reactions,family social support were statistically significant(P <0.05),and there was no significant difference in gender and diabetes course(P >0.05). Conclusion The compliance of elderly T2 DM patients treated with insulin is relatively low.Age,educational level,awareness of diabetes,psychological factors,family social support,adverse drug reactions,economic conditions and so on are all the factors affecting the low compliance of insulin treatment.更多还原
