番茄红素增强免疫力和抗氧化作用的研究

【摘要】 目的了解番茄红素对增强小鼠免疫力和抗氧化作用的影响,为其进一步开发提供理论依据。方法按《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》中增强免疫力和抗氧化功能检验评价方法,经口给予小鼠83.3、166.7、500mg/kg·bw番茄红素,连续灌胃30d后测定细胞免疫、体液免疫、单核-巨噬细胞吞噬功能指标、NK细胞活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量、蛋白质羰基含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、还原性谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量。结果增强免疫力实验中,高剂量组足跖肿胀度(0.53±0.13)mm、NK细胞活性(0.51±0.07)、吞噬鸡红细胞的吞噬指数(0.26±0.07)、抗体生成细胞数(47.17±17.58)×103/全脾及血清溶血素水平(230.20±36.10)均显著高于阴性对照组(P<0.05);抗氧化作用实验中,高剂量组MDA(4.28±0.93)nmol/ml、SOD活力(94.12±7.95)U/ml、GSH含量(1.98±0.91)mg/L与阴性对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论番茄红素具有增强免疫力和抗氧化作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the effects of lycopene capsules on immunity and antioxidant function in mice,so as to provide theoretical basis for further development. Methods In accordance with method for the assessment of enhancing immunity and antioxidant function in Technical Standards for Testing & Assessment of Health Food,the lycopene capsule was administered to mice by oral gavage at 83.3,166.7,500 mg/kg·bw for 30 days to determine cellular immunity,humoral immunity,mononuclear macrophage phagocytosis index,NK cell activity and MDA,SOD,GSH,protein carbonyl. Results Degree of toes and ankle swelling,NK cell activity,the phagocytosis of abdominal macrophages,antibody forming spleen cells and serum hemolysin level of the high-dose group was significantly higher than that of the control group(0.53±0.13,0.51±0.07,0.26±0.07,47.17±17.58,230.20±36.10,respectively)(P <0.05).As compared with the control group,the high-dose group could markedly increase the level of SOD,GSH and decrease the level of MDA(P <0.05). Conclusion Lycopene can effectively enhance the immunity and antioxidant function.
